Returns Policy

All of us at KoodibooK are committed to helping you create a great product. If you receive a product that is damaged or is badly assembled, please contact support@koodibook.com within 7 days of receiving the package and we will do our best to help and provide a replacement.

Our returns policy applies to issues in the quality of your book’s assembly, so before placing your order, please review the following:

• KoodibooK does not provide editorial services for the products you create. We neither review copy nor do we edit spelling and typographical mistakes, punctuation errors, incomplete text and poorly designed pages, so for the best results please double-check all of the above before you submit your order.

• Your images will be uploaded at their original quality and are printed at the same quality. Of course, if you zoom into an image, its resolution may go be below the recommended printable quality. This will be indicated by a yellow warning triangle at the bottom right corner of the image in KoodibooK Studio. Images with a resolution lower than 300dpi or images which are out of focus, can’t be fixed during the printing process and will lead to a poor result.

• Once your order has been confirmed we send it to the printer as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this means that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Please note that due to the personalised nature of our products they are excluded from the right for consumers to cancel online contracts under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000.
